Product description

All products are hand-made and may therefore vary from the picture slightly. Heights are approximate and bean colour may vary slightly from the picture. Some beads colours sizes or types may not be available at the time of ordering. A close alternative will be sourced if possible. And if not we will notify of any major changes by email so you are able to amend or cancel the order.

Our products are delicate, and need to correctly stored for years of enjoyment. They are supplied in a white box wrapped in rhinestone tissue paper. They are posted in a padded postage bag to avoid damage.

Please be aware that silver plated wire may tarnish over time making it look antique. The best way to slow this process down is by keeping your item in an air tight bag. Many items are made by twisting wire. The ends of the wire may be a little sharp, I do take care to tuck all ends in, but should one protrude after wear and tear, either gently bend the wire back in again or file the end with a nail file to make it smooth. Please be aware that items on this website are not toys and do contain small parts, therefore they are not suitable for children under the age of 3.

Bespoke service

I really enjoy making bespoke item for your special occasion. I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit on these items after the consultation process. I will then email you a picture of you completed item and I will need written confirmation and remainder of payment prior to item being dispatched. Due to the nature of this service we can not give refunds for items once they have been dispatched, unless damaged or faulty. Copyright of any design in the bespoke service belong to katy stewart accessories.

Paypal is a secure way of paying online without giving out your credit/debit card details to the place/person you are buying from. Please visit the paypal website for further information. Work will commence on your order as soon as payment is received (confirmed by paypal or cheque has cleared)

Refund and cancellation

We understand that sometimes a girl just changes her mind and therefore you may cancel your order with 24 hours of placing it and a refund given. (Apart from bespoke items) Customised items - items which have been adjusted to your colour scheme or specification - once dispatched will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. In the unlikely event of an item(s) being damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery describing the problem and we will exchange/repair the item if possible or give a full refund if not. Please note a full refund/exchange/repair will only be made if the product is damaged or broken and the conditions below are met. A full refund will be given (excluding postage & packaging) via PayPal or cheque or work on a replacement/repair to the item will commence as soon as we have received the items back as long as: • The item is returned unused in its original condition & packaging • Returned within 7 working days of receipt of item and before the date of your wedding or event (or first hair rehearsal). After 7 days the item will be deemed your property. Please return product to Po Box 14576, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, B73 9PQ. We except no responsibility for items lost during transit. We suggest you ask the post office for a free receipt as proof of postage as some postal options may give some cover against loss (please ask Post Office for details).


All items are sent securely packaged. Your item is wrapped in rhinestone tissue paper, inside a resilient white box and then packaged in a padded envelope. I post all items recorded delivery for the uk and will need to be signed for. I'm sorry if this causes inconvenience however I prefer to know that all items have been safely delivered. I am happy to post items worldwide by airmail please note that this method is not insured. If you require insurance please contact us for a quote. Any tax or duty is payable on our products are payable by the customer.

Delivery timescales

All tiaras and accessories are handmade and turnaround time is usually 3 weeks or less. Certain times of the year, turnaround time may be longer - I will keep you informed via email. I will email you when item is dispatched. Should you need your item urgently, then please contact me directly, I may be able to fast track your order for an extra fee.  K x
